This training provided participants with a foundational understanding of the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and key implementation documents. The sessions covered preparation of bid documents meeting ESF standards, development of Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), Contractor’s ESMPs, and Labor Management Plans.
