Dr. Rowshan Mamtaz is a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), specializing in Environmental Engineering. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from BUET and later earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom.
She is currently serving as a Professor at BUET, contributing to teaching, research, and academic development in the field of environmental engineering.
