Engr. Syed Azizul Haq, PEng is an Independent Consultant and a retired Additional Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department (PWD). He possesses extensive expertise in environmental engineering and water treatment systems.
He has contributed significantly to professional capacity development initiatives, including supporting the Learning Center in the preparation of Environmental and Social (ES) specifications for bidding documents, as well as advancing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) practices within the construction sector.
