Dr. M. Monirul H. Khan is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Zoology at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, supported by the prestigious Commonwealth Scholarship.
Dr. Khan has extensive experience in academic research, teaching, and collaboration with both national and international organizations. He has received several scholarships and awards in recognition of his contributions to the field. He is the author of numerous scientific and popular publications, including books, reflecting his commitment to advancing knowledge and public awareness in zoology and wildlife conservation. In addition to his academic work, he is actively engaged in wildlife observation and photography, contributing to the broader understanding and appreciation of biodiversity.
