Subrata Paul is an environmental engineer with over nine years of experience in the WASH and environmental sector, combining technical expertise with strong administrative support. His professional work focuses on water quality, sanitation, fecal sludge and wastewater management and plastic waste management, contributing to several peer-reviewed publications. He has been actively engaged in training delivery, project implementation and knowledge dissemination to strengthen WASH and environmental sectoral capacity. Mr. Subrata previously served as Training Specialist at ITN-BUET, where he contributed to capacity-building initiatives on CWIS and FSM. In addition, he worked as Assistant Director at KUET, where he managed project and research activities. At present, he is working as Administrative Officer at the Centre for Environmental and Resource Management (CERM), BUET where he provides administrative and programmatic support.
